Quilt # 25 "Austrian Memories"

I made this quilt for my sis-in-law for Christmas. Included in the "Twinkle Star" design are pictures of her in Austria.  I also made a matching pillow.  Dec. 2008

Quilt # 24 "One Block Wonder"

This was a really fun and interesting quilt to make. On a quilting retreat, each person in my bee started one of these.  It's all made from one single fabric cut into multiple groups of six identical triangles and turned into a coleidescope.  The design is made by grouping colors.  You can see the original fabric in the border. Nov. 2008

Quilt # 23 "Twinkle Star"

This quilt was another "mystery quilt" meaning I didn't know what it would look like until it was done.  The pattern was supplied one step at a time.  It is a scrap quilt with pieces from others in my bee.  It is a table-topper size.  Nov. 2008

Quilt # 22 "Falling Leaves & Flying Geese"

This quilt is a wallhanging for the month of October. It is a combination of paper piecing and regular piecing and the border is the "Flying Geese" pattern.  Sept. 2008

Quilt # 8 "Log Cabin"

This quilt is a basic log cabin quilt, made for my daughter in Nov. 2005

Quilt #7 "Unnamed"

This quilt uses a star block pattern and each of the girls in my quilting bee made one block.  They all used the same pattern but each is unique because of the choice of fabrics and how they were pieced by each person.  It was made for my mom and finished in May, 2005

Quilt #6 "Yellow Brick Road

This quilt was a "mystery quilt" in that I didn't know what I was making until it was done.  It was a "challenge" quilt, using fabrics from a Christmas grab-bag. I gave it to my niece who likes the bright colors.  Feb. 2005
